'Seven Sleepers Seven Dreams' is our meditation on the winter solstice and its traditions and imagery. Unlike the darker 'Strange High House In The Mist' with its more narrative journeys, 7S7D is contemplative, lush and beautiful - a turn towards the light. It is the completion of a journey that began with 'The Long Now' in spring and continued with summer's 'Ethereal Psychedelic'.

Guitars (clear as jewels or masquerading as choirs) and fascinating electronic textures cascade into glorious clouds of reverb and delay, creating seven 'dreams' for you to sink into and forget the world outside. This is as close to 'meditation music' as we are likely to make, but it retains the sense of adventure and surprise that comes from the live, dynamic interplay of two creative explorers and masters of their craft.

This has been a difficult year for many, but also a transformative one. We are happy that we have managed to stay creative, and even happier to send the year off with this collection, truly a labour of love like its predecessors, and we hope you enjoy it too!

'Seven Sleepers Seven Dreams' will be released, of course, on December 21 2020. Stay tuned for pre-release tracks, videos, excerpts and musings...
